COVID -19 Preparedness and Response Plan

Daily Procedure, always in place

Frequent hand washing or use of hand sanitizer will be encouraged for all people in the building. Soap will be in all bathrooms and in the kitchen area to help with this process. Hand sanitizer is always available.

Children and facilitators must wash hands after

using the restroom

coughing or sneezing

before eating.

Every person will use hand sanitizer as they change to a new room or activity.

Any person exhibiting signs of illness will be sent home as soon as possible. This includes all facilitators. Please do not come to iBuild Academy, Inc if you are not feeling well.

Routine daily disinfection includes tables, stools, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, computers, phones, iPads, touch screens, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
Drop off Procedure, if there is a spike in local occurances

The child’s temperature will be recorded prior to entering the facility. If the temperature is above 100, the child will not be allowed to stay.

Children will enter through the front door, parents will not be allowed in.

Only one child will enter the facility at a time, after a daily temperature check.

Place your backpack or lunch bag in a cubby

Go directly to sink to wash hands

Wait for further instruction for room assignment.

Parents are not allowed in the facility. You can wait by the front door or in your car. Please practice good social distancing.

Children will be called when you arrived and walked outside to meet you.
This plan will be modified if the need arises. We are following the guidelines put forth by the CDC. We will continue to be as clean, organized, and prepared for our new normal.
